Fit
Do you only work with luxury brands?
No. We work with service businesses where trust, taste, response time, and operational clarity affect revenue.
Can you just redesign our website?
Only if the website is the actual constraint. Most premium service brands need the site connected to sharper offers, proof, CRM, content, and follow-up.
Do you run ads?
Yes, when the system behind the ads is ready. Traffic will not fix unclear positioning, slow follow-up, or weak conversion paths.
Who will do the work?
The studio leads strategy and systems. Named specialists join only where photography, media buying, development, or production requires them.
What do you need from our team?
One decision-maker, access to the current funnel and tools, honest commercial numbers, and a weekly review window during a build.
Can you work with our existing agency?
Yes, when ownership is clear. We can define the operating system while an existing partner handles a bounded channel.

Why publish prices?
Because premium buyers should not need a discovery call to learn whether the range is serious.
What moves the price?
Scope, number of pages, number of systems, amount of content production, CRM complexity, automation complexity, and how much existing material can be reused.
Can we start smaller?
Yes. The Growth Audit exists so founders can make a clear decision before committing to a larger build, and single systems can be bought on their own from INR 35k.
Is GST included?
No. Every price is ex-GST; 18 percent applies to Indian invoices only. International clients pay in USD through Stripe or Wise with no GST.
Why is the USD price higher than the INR price converted?
Because it is a different market. Our USD rate sits 40 to 60 percent under US and UK boutiques for the same work, and the INR rate is set for Indian premium service businesses. Neither is a discount of the other.
What if the audit is not useful?
Full refund within seven days of delivery, no questions asked. It is the cheapest way for both sides to find out whether we should work together.
What do engagements cost?
Audits start at INR 50k. System builds start at INR 4L. Operating retainers start at INR 75k per month. If that is outside range right now, our free resources will serve you better.
Do you guarantee revenue?
No. We make the system measurable and improve the constraints we can influence. Market demand, pricing, sales judgement, and delivery still matter.
Delivery
How long does a build take?
Most 90-Day System Builds are planned around a 12-week implementation window after the audit.
What happens after the audit?
You can implement the roadmap with your own team, ask us to build it, or keep us as the operating partner.
Can you train our team to run the AI side ourselves?
Yes - that is the AI Enablement programme (from INR 1L). We train your team on the AI workflows behind the system: enquiry handling, content drafting, CRM automation, and guardrails. A system only the studio can run is a retainer trap, and we do not build those.
Do we own the system?
Yes. The strategy, assets, workflows, and documentation built for you remain yours.
