Privacy policy

We want your enquiry, not your data.

The short version: we collect what you type into our forms so we can reply, we protect it, we never sell it, and you can have it deleted by asking once. The long version follows, in actual sentences.

What we collect, and why

When you send us a form on this site — the Growth Audit, contact, checklist, newsletter, specialist introduction, or company requirement form — we collect exactly what you type: your name, your WhatsApp number or email, your message, and your answers. We collect it because you asked us to reply. That is the entire business model of this page.

The GrowthOSX DNA assessment stores your answers and the resulting blueprint against a session keyed by a resume token that lives in your browser and is stored on our side only as a cryptographic hash. We ask for your email at the start so the blueprint can be attached to you — it is used for exactly that, not for a drip sequence. The assessment page has its own delete control that erases everything, email included, in one click.

We also record which page you submitted from, and a scrambled fingerprint of your connection (a salted cryptographic hash of your IP address) that exists solely to stop bots from stuffing our inbox. We cannot reverse it into your IP, and we would not want to.

CV Studio and your CV

If you upload a CV to CV Studio, that file is personal data and we treat it accordingly. The original is stored privately in our own Cloudflare storage, the extracted content and every saved version live in our database, and the whole session is anonymous-first: no account, no email gate, just a session token in your browser (stored on our side only as a hash).

The extraction and benchmarking run on Workers AI inside our own Cloudflare account. Your CV is not used to train anyone's models, and it is never handed to third parties. One honest disclosure, because it is the point of the product: the GrowthOSX team can view your CV to match you against real company requirements posted to the Network. That is what you uploaded it for, and it is the only extra pair of eyes it gets.

Reviewing and downloading your polished CV is free — no trial, no card, no email capture. And the delete button on CV Studio means it: one click removes the original file, every version, every review, and every match result derived from it, immediately.

What we deliberately do not do

No advertising pixels. No tracking cookies. No third-party ad networks watching you read. No selling, renting, swapping, or "sharing with carefully selected partners" — your details go into our own database and stay there.

No drip sequences. Submitting a form gets you one considered reply from a person, not a 14-email nurture journey. If we ever run a newsletter you subscribed to, every issue carries a working unsubscribe link, and using it works the first time.

Where your data lives

Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated under our account, on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Cloudflare also serves this site and, as any host does, processes connection data to deliver pages and block abuse.

Some preferences never leave your device at all: your theme choice, language choice, a half-finished audit form, and dismissed prompts are kept in your browser's local storage. Clear your browser data and they are gone; we never see them.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled on this site, they are Cloudflare Web Analytics: cookieless, aggregate, and incapable of following you around the internet. We learn that a page was visited, not who you are. That is why there is no cookie banner here — there is nothing to consent to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we work together or while a conversation is realistically alive, and periodically pruned when they are neither. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Rate-limiting hashes are useful for about an hour and worthless afterwards.

CV Studio sessions are kept so you can come back and keep refining; delete yours anytime with the one-click control on the page, and we periodically prune sessions that have sat untouched for a long time.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (and plain decency), you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or write to hello@growthosx.in and we will do it — without a verification maze, a retention dark pattern, or a "are you sure, here is 20% off" detour.

If you believe we have mishandled your data, tell us first and we will fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, this page changes first, with a new date below. We will not quietly swap the deal after you have already trusted us with your number.
